Καθήκοντα / Ευθύνες:

  • Διενέργεια τεχνικών μελετών.
  • Τακτοποίηση αυθαίρετων κατασκευών και χρήσεων σύμφωνα με τον ισχύοντα νόμο και έκδοση ΗΤΚ. 
  • Ανάλυση δεδομένων (χάρτες, αναφορές, σχέδια και άλλα).
  • Διαδικασία νομιμοποιήσεων περιουσιακών στοιχείων, αναθεωρήσεων και επαληθεύσεων τίτλων ιδιοκτησίας.
  • Παροχή συμβουλών και άμεση επίλυση προβλημάτων και ελλείψεων.
  • Διεξαγωγή τεχνικών μελετών δέουσας επιμέλειας και σκοπιμότητας (due diligence).
  • Παρακολούθηση της προόδου και της κατάστασης των τρεχόντων έργων.
  • Επίβλεψη υπεργολάβων και επικοινωνία με συνεργάτες.
  • Σύνταξη φακέλων και επίβλεψη διαδικασιών διαγωνισμών.
  • Διασφάλιση της απρόσκοπτης λειτουργίας των έργων και της ολοκλήρωσης τους εντός του προϋπολογισμού και του χρονοδιαγράμματος.

Προϋποθέσεις:

  • Πτυχίο Πολιτικού Μηχανικού.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον ενός (1) έτους σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Γνώση διαδικασιών Νομιμοποίησης Περιουσιακών Στοιχείων και ΓΟΚ/ΝΟΚ.
  • Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες.
  • Άδεια πολιτικού μηχανικού (ΤΕΕ / Τεχνικό Επιμελητήριο).
  • Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλική Γλώσσας (προφορική και γραπτή).
  • Άριστη χρήση των προγραμμάτων της Microsoft (word, excel, power point).

Responsibilities:  

  • Participate in the asset legalisation process and understand complex title deed reviews and verifications.  
  • Assign and monitoring technical due diligence works to external engineers with the scope of accelerating the completion of relevant tasks, through an established external network.  
  • Communicate with tenants of occupied assets and represent client on asset’s tenancy related meetings.  
  • Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other) . 
  • Monitor progress and compile reports in project status. 
  • Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.  
  • Preparation of board of subcontractors (contractors, plumbers, architects, civil engineers etc.).   
  • Assess and compare received quotations both based on price and quality of contractor’s works and experience. 
  • Ensure quality of works with onsite inspections after a contractor is assigned to a project.  


Requirements:  

  • At least one year of experience in the field of Property management or other related fields  
  • Good understanding of real estate terms and concepts  
  • Relevant University degree  
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written, and highly effective communication skills   
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Act as the primary liaison between the guest ensuring excellent guest experience from initial stage of reservation.
  • Respond to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by mail, telephone, message or through a central reservation system.
  • Create and maintain reservation records, usually by date of arrival and alphabetical listing, prepare letters of confirmation and promptly process any cancellations or modifications.


Responsibilities:

  • Process reservations by mail, telephone, messages or through channel manager system.
  • Prepare the list of expected arrivals.
  • Process in advance reservation deposits.
  • Determine room rates based on the selling tactics defined by management.
  • Prepare letters of confirmation for guests.
  • Process cancellations or modifications and promptly handle this information.
  • Handle daily correspondence, respond to inquiries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Track future room availability based on reservations and help develop forecasts for room revenue and occupancy.

  • Enter reservations into the database / PMS.
  • Assist customers with planning and booking reservations.
  • Quote available rates to maximize room revenue according to Company standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree or Diploma. Areas of study: Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Finance or relevant.
  • 1-2 years of Hotel or other related industry (sales, hospitality, travel & tourism) experience desired.
  • Must have experience in Channel Manager, PMS, OTA Extranets.
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
