  • Provides supervision and acts as the primary contact responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, quality and time-schedule/program & budget targets for individual design and/or construction projects and/or sub-projects
  • Liaise with a variety of stakeholders including clients, governmental authorities, subcontractors
  • Offers input and support to the contract administrator when requested, to help ensure that final contract documents are constructable
  • Produce documents including blueprints and project schedules and make any necessary corrections to existing blueprints
  • Makes sure that the project meets project goals set by the management team
  • Performing cost control activities and compare the fees with the agreements signed as well as benchmarking the overall market pricing concerning construction and renovations
  • Carry out technical and feasibility studies that satisfy technical specifications as well as assess design proposals
  • Monitor progress and compile reports on project status
  • Perform regular inspections on sites and reports on any deficiencies
  • Assess potential risks, materials and costs
  • Oversee and mentor team members
  • Comply with guidelines and regulations and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
  • Develop ideas keeping in mind requirements, building’s usage and environmental impact


  • University degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
  • Proven working experience as an architect or civil engineer of at least five years
  • Proficiency in site layout, regulatory approvals etc.
  • Hands-on experience in the coordination of design documents and trade specific shop drawings during construction
  • Experience in supporting multi-national teams, including in-house staff as well as
  • consultants working as a team on 100 million+ projects
  • Appropriate certifications and industry affiliations relevant to education and experience
  • Excellent command of Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
