  • Reporting to the Senior Management of the Group and heading the planning, development, implementation and overall monitoring of the Group’s Digital Marketing Strategy  
  • Lead a team of professionals and support their career advancement within the company 
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of Paid and Organic Social Media campaigns 
  • Support the development of clear and compelling communication strategies that deliver on business goalsand are concrete across all marketing touchpoints 
  • Deeply steep yourself in our brand, product roadmap, target, competitive landscape, and the real estate market, identifying concrete opportunities through research 
  • Lead full funnel strategy for paid social marketing campaigns, optimize performance based on cost-per and return on investment targets, and build strategic testing roadmaps 
  • Provide consultation on paid and owned channel strategies, working with analytics teams to build models of the business impacts and contributions of those channels 
  • Regularly present performance insights and project plan updates, prioritizing and assessing tradeoffs when necessary 
  • Maintain a dashboard to track impact of various campaigns and adopt a data-driven mindset towards audience building campaigns 
  • Responsible for digital marketing budget and building compelling business proposal for future investment 
  • Understand rules, regulations, and data ecosystems related to paid marketing and solve issues when they arise 
  • Define KPIs, measurement, analytics and reporting methods to measure success 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising / Public Relations / Digital Marketing /Media / Business  
  • Master’s degree and /or any relevant Certifications will be considered as an advantage  
  • A minimum of 4 years of working experience in Social Media Marketing with proven track record in delivering strong organic growth, user acquisition, curating content and delivering social engagement 
  • Team player, results driven and self-motivated  
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills 
  • Strong knowledge of analytical tools, including web analytics, and ability to interpret data to drive strategic business decisions 
  • Creative, positive, outside the box thinker who likes to take initiative
