Delfi Partners Group is looking to recruit an Office Administrator.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Organizing travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance and vacation schedules.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
- Support various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Help organize company events and assist in coordinating logistics
- A degree or diploma in Business Management, Secretarial studies or a related field
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
